The former Doctor Who star (the Tenth Doctor) David Tennant will act along Emily Watson in the three-part drama, named The Politician’s Husband, which starts on Thursday 25 April on BBC2. The drama will follow the couple as Freya embarks on her own political career, something which threatens to overshadow her husband’s, Aiden, career.
The drama was written by Paula Milne.
