Doctor Who show runner Steven Moffat tells Digital Spy that Peter Capaldi has made The Doctor his own and is in “amazing form” in the upcoming series 9 of Doctor Who.
“He’s just on amazing form at the moment. I think there’s always a feeling when a new Doctor comes in, and it’s not necessarily a bad thing, you think ‘that’s Peter Capaldi as the Doctor’ or ‘that’s the Twelfth Doctor.’ Now he’s just the Doctor.”
And the interview continues with interesting stuff about the relation between the Doctor and the Master in the old series: they were best friends, but the Doctor’s best friend were a murdering psychopat. Right, isnt’t it?
