So far, there is no confirmation that Mandip Gill (Yaz) and the newcomer John Bishop (Dan) will remain beyond series 13. The Radio Times team say that most fans have assumed they’re leaving the TARDIS behind alongside the Thirteenth Doctor, but it’s certainly possible that we could be in for a companion crossover.
There are some other things to consider: there will be a new showrunner, John Bishop will be (probably) busy with his touring schedule, so there can happen about anything.
